Today is Thursday, June 21. I am leaving for Europe tomorrow, Friday, June 22. My mother has conned our family into joining a three-week tour over there, and it seems I’ll be visiting France, Germany, Austria, Italy… and most likely some other countries in between.

I’m not really looking forward to it, since it’s part of the dratted Western civilization and all, but it’ll be a change. I’ll be able to get away from the U.S. for a while, and sample some foreign food… but I’ll try my best to ignore the other teenagers traveling with our group. Social interaction. Who needs that stuff? And especially with other teenagers…

Although I doubt my absence will trouble anyone >.>, I will not be able to answer your emails, your phone calls, or any rocks/torches thrown at my window. And I regret to say that I won’t be able to visit any of your blogs for the next three weeks. So, before I depart… Jacky-Lin, I called earlier today and your mother told me you were somewhere else, so I might not be able to return your CDs before I go. Kai-chan, I look forward to a lovely correspondence with you after I return. And K-chan! I’m sorry I won’t be able to see you off when you move next Wednesday. T_T Anyway, I’ll better get going.
