In case you were worried, I'm not dead.
And now, as I alluded in my previous post, the Supreme, Omnipotent and Omniscient God of All Things Furry shall reveal his likeness.
The Furry commands you to surrender all of your disposable income. Now.
Of course, I didn't realize until after the trip that we'd enabled the annoying timestamp in the corner.
Another wholly unnecessary picture of His Loveliness, just waiting to be lovingly smothered. This was on the train to Hangzhou, by the way.
God, I hate that timestamp.
The Furry, intrepid ace journalist, reporting live from the scene of the carnage — I mean, the Bird's Nest!
Sorry for the crappy resolution. Another thing that took three weeks to figure out.

As of this writing, he smells like bananas.
In the big shebang itself. Apparently, they're building a huge stage (part of which can be seen in the background) for some summer concert. At any rate, there wasn't much to see. The stadium was much bigger and more impressive on TV. And for a supposedly world-class athletic venue, the bathrooms were horrendously subpar.
Also, a bunch of people (dressed up in costumes of those deformed Olympic pandas) bobbed around the field for our amusement. A short while after this photo was taken, the blue and orange pandas started to make out. Which must have been quite uncomfortable, with the boiling weather and all of that inflatable material in the way…
Then we went back to Tianjin. The end.
Yes. Anticlimactic, I know.

The Furry is a little awkward-looking but still adorable! :D I love these shots haha. The train didn't look very comfortable, both for you and the Furry. Especially the Furry though haha. Yeah, I wish the bathrooms were better. O_O I think the only mascot that is a panda is the green one. I have a keychain version of that one. :D Is there any possibility that we'll see more of you than just your hand in future pics? XD

What are you talking about, Amy? The Furry is the very soul of understated elegance! ^___^ Anyway, I thought about including a picture of myself, but after seeing how lamentably uncool and Asian I look in all of the photographs, the answer's a conclusive no. For now.
The train was actually all right. Nowhere near as nice as Amtrak, but it was passable.
Anyway, the Furry and I appreciate your comment! I must go snuggle the Furry now…
