27 Aug 2006 | This year will suck
Well, today's Sunday, and school starts for me on Wednesday. I'm not so thrilled considering I haven't completely finished my summer homework… and the fact that I barely have any classes with my friends!!! How can our friendships last this way?
Ah, wait, I take that back. The other day I was painstakingly formatting and typing up a list of my friendly contacts (for my agenda planner, which lacks a contact page this year, as well as proper colors), and I "bumped" some people (who had previously expressed their surprise at being listed as one of the first ones on that list), and pushed them to the very bottom of the page. Not because I was finally alphabetizing the list, but because I had just remembered who had point-blank ignored me for three days when I innocently addressed her as "Suzie-Lin".
And my circle of friends continues to diminish…
On another note, I was just thinking today that I never have any good dreams anymore. Last night, I can tell I dreamt something complicated, but all I remember are two kittens, a snake, and a Russian chauffeur. All the nice ones with magic watermelons and butcher shops seem to have left me forever.
Amy says:
Yeah, I know how you feel. I only have classes with, like, one of my friends. Hopefully through clubs and activities outside of school we can maintain at least some of our friendship….
Hehe, the magic watermelon ones sound interesting. :P I like dreams with magic involved. ^^
Oh, yeah, I'm not American; I'm Chinese. ^^ I'm not sure I would join any political party even if I were American, though. Me too indecisive maybe. XP

Omigosh, so sorry for the double (eh, triple) post! Internet working very slowly, me very impatient. >

Last night I had a really vivid dream where I visited my old elementary school.
I can see why you'd want a lot of classes with your friends; but maybe think of it this way: the less you seem them regularly, the more special it'll be when you do. ^^
